Obsolete

Our verse for today is from Revelation 21:4. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

What a blessed verse this is! I use this verse when I sign sympathy cards. It speaks of a time when many things as you and I know them will no longer exist and will no longer have a meaning in the ‘dictionary of Heaven’. Won’t it be great to see next to the words,

“pain”– Obsolete, archaic, no longer in use.

“suffering”– Obsolete, archaic, no longer in use.

“broken hearts”– Obsolete, archaic, no longer in use.

“sadness”– Obsolete, archaic, no longer in use.

Praise God! Make sure you‘re going to this place.
